PRESIDENT APPOINTS GOVERNORS OF BIHAR, KARNATAKA AND MADHYA PRADESH

The President has been pleased to make the following appointments: -
1. Shri Devanand Konwar as Governor of Bihar vice Shri R.L. Bhatia.
2. Shri H.R. Bhardwaj as Governor of Karnataka vice Shri Rameshwar Thakur.
3. Shri Rameshwar Thakur, Governor of Karnataka transferred and appointed as Governor of Madhya Pradesh for the remainder of his term vice Dr. Bal Ram Jakhar.
