The Officer Trainess of the Indian Audit and Accounts Service (IA&AS) 2009 Batch called-on the President of India, Smt. Pratibha Devisingh Patil at Rashtrapati Bhavan on February 25, 2010. Officers of the Royal Audit Authority of Bhutan were also present, as they are also undergoing training at the National Academy of Audit and Accounts. The President while wishing the Officers well in their careers said they have an important role to play in ensuring accountability and intergrity in the system. She also urged the young officers to always be in touch with new accounting methodologies.
