The President of India, Smt. Pratibha Devisingh Patil released a Commemorative Stamp on Sant Kanwarram Sahib at the Durbar Hall of Rashtrapati Bhavan on April 26, 2010. The function was attended by the Minister for Communications and Information Technology, Shri A. Raja, the Minister of State for Communications and Information Technology, Shri Gurudas Kamat and the former Deputy Prime Minister of India, Shri L.K. Advani. The 125th Birth Anniversary of the Sant is being celebrated during 2010. In her short remarks on the occasion, the President said that the Sant worked for the welfare of all humanity.
